theStaffRoom was born from a simple idea: teachers deserve transparency about the schools where they work or might want to work. We noticed a lack of reliable information about school environments and teacher salaries in India, making it difficult for educators to make informed career decisions.
Founded in 2025 by a team passionate about education, we have built a platform where teachers can anonymously share their experiences and salary information, creating a valuable resource for the entire educational community.
